Meet Cheryl Manganiello
Born and raised in Connecticut, graduated in hospitality from Virginia Tech, Cheryl ventured to Florida in 1987 to start a sales career with Hilton Hotels. Cheryl met her husband Andy (of over 30 years), at the Hilton at Walt Disney World. They traveled up and down the East Coast working for various Hilton properties. Eventually, they settled in Central Florida to raise their two children while taking many vacations to the beautiful Emerald Coast. Cheryl and Andy decided to move to Santa Rosa Beach once their children had finished high school in 2015.
With over 30 years of sales, hospitality and leadership experience, Cheryl naturally progressed into real estate sales in 2018. In her first five years, Cheryl closed 100 transactions with a volume of almost $45M. As a full-time Realtor, Cheryl prides herself on strong client relationships, integrity, and attention to detail. Whether it is a primary home, a second home, or an investment property, Cheryl’s goal is to help guide her clients from start to finish so they may experience a stress-free, smooth transaction.
When not working, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, pickleball, volunteering at her church, and enjoying sushi at sunset.
